If Pastor Pro isn't the right fit, email support@shepherd.ai within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email support@shepherd.ai from the address on your account.
- Include your account email and, if possible, the last four digits of the card used.
- We'll process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Recurring renewals
The guarantee applies to your first payment. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel from the billing portal at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback — we'll almost always resolve it faster and more fairly.
